Prices apply to standard, mobile and accessible BBQs up to 4 main burners. Additional main burner beyond 4: +$49 per burner. Side burners, rear burners, infrared zones, specialty modules and accessories may be assessed separately. Built-in BBQs, outdoor kitchens, commercial equipment, very large BBQs or heavily soiled equipment may require a custom quote. Some components are cleaned only if accessible and safe to handle — corroded, seized or fragile parts will not be forced.

Visual inspection vs diagnostic
Basic visual inspection included with cleaning packages. During the service, BBQTECH may point out visibly worn, damaged or concerning parts. This inspection does not replace a complete repair diagnostic.
Limits — gas installations
BBQTECH does not work on regulated gas installations. Services are limited to accessible BBQ components and parts that can normally be cleaned, removed or replaced by a customer according to manufacturer recommendations. We do not modify or certify gas lines, permanent connections, propane / natural gas conversions or built-in installations. When a certified gas technician is required, we clearly let the customer know and can refer them to a qualified specialist.

To speed up the diagnostic, please prepare when possible: brand; model; serial number; photos of the BBQ; photos of the problematic part; symptom description; gas type: propane or natural gas.

Not necessarily. As long as the BBQ is accessible at the scheduled time and we have water access when required, you don't need to be there the whole time. We plan the details with you in advance.

What do you need on-site? +
The BBQ must be accessible at the scheduled time. Depending on the service, we may need outdoor water access and adequate work space — ideally about 8' × 8' for on-site cleaning.
How much does BBQ assembly cost? +
On-site assembly starts at $149 + taxes for most standard BBQs. Larger, more complex models, pellet, kamado or outdoor kitchens may require a custom quote.
Is there a surcharge for larger BBQs? +
Yes. Beyond 4 main burners: +$49 per additional main burner, uniform across all packages. Side burners, rear burners, infrared zones, specialty modules and accessories may be assessed separately. Built-in BBQs, outdoor kitchens, commercial equipment, very large BBQs or heavily soiled equipment may require a custom quote.
Is an inspection included with a cleaning? +
Yes. Every cleaning package includes a basic visual inspection of accessible components. If we see a worn, damaged or concerning part, we will point it out. This inspection does not replace a complete repair diagnostic.
When does a repair diagnostic apply? +
A diagnostic applies when a functional issue needs to be identified: ignition problem, weak flame, burner not working, uneven heat, igniter issue or another symptom. The repair diagnostic is $99 + taxes for a dedicated visit.
If I book a cleaning, can you also check a problem? +
Yes. If you already booked a cleaning, a functional diagnostic can be added to the same visit for $49 + taxes. Parts, repairs and future visits are billed separately. An estimate is confirmed before proceeding.
What happens if a part needs to be ordered? +
If a part needs to be replaced, we confirm the cost before proceeding. If a second visit is required to install the part, installation is billed starting at $99 + taxes, parts extra.
Do you offer services year-round? +
Yes. BBQTECH offers services year-round, depending on weather conditions, BBQ access and the safety of the work area. Demand is higher in spring and summer, but services are offered year-round when conditions allow.
